There should be a download section to download nitepr, coderpr, cwcheat, etc. and to download codes or ISO/CSO
that also will be cool then this site will be awesome and make this site more colorfull so people want to be here you feel me?

I still love the idea but no illegal stuff like ISO/CSO, .tk will ban the site i would know

Downloading an ISO is always illegal, even if you own a copy of the game legally, unless it is freeware/shareware. The only way to possess an ISO legally is if you own a legal copy and made the ISO from that legal copy yourself. (Though there are some questions as to how fair the law is in that detail if there's practically no way for the average consumer to be able to make a copy themselves, as with old cartridge-based games).

In general, downloaders in the UK/US are sometimes being aggresively tracked, but more, the companies instead go after the people who make it possible to download from them. In theory, they could hit you with both a fine and some jail time, but it's unlikely. In term PSPiSOz could be a profitable site. They may have faced court etc, and might of been hit with a numerous number of fines.

Well, not only is that against my host's terms of concept, but I figure you guys all know where to find these sort of things. There really isn't much of a point having them on the forums
